Gov. Peter Shumlin Issued the Following Comment on the Election of Adjutant General Cray:

“I am happy to congratulate Brigadier Gen. Cray on his election as Vermont’s next Adjutant General. I was impressed with his credentials and experience, and am confident that he will do a tremendous job leading the terrific men and women of the Vermont National Guard, whose service is so important to our state and our country. I also want to express my thanks to the other candidates, and appreciate that they will continue to serve our state.”
