Trade and Export Grant Applications Now Available for Vermont Businesses

Vermont businesses interested in entering international markets are invited to apply for the State Trade and Export Promotion Grant (STEP), administered by the U.S. Small Business Administration. STEP grants are designed to support eligible small businesses with training and travel to international markets. Vermont has received $175,000 in funding for these grants.

STEP grant money can be used in three different ways: participating in 2015-2016 Vermont trade show missions; participating in ExporTech, an immersive training designed to help businesses create a go-to-market plan; and individual trade show grants and associated marketing support.
